Click on the bell at the top of the app, click on alerts then click the pencil icon which you'll see at the bottom right-hand corner of the app. (edited)
If you set them up on the mobile or desktop site and use the same account on the app they will be set up.
On the mobile site click on profile, then alerts, then manage.
