How do Youtube get away with it?

There is SO much copyrighted material on there, virtually every song you can think of for a start. How do they get away with giving all that copyrighted material out to people without the copyright holder's permission?

That's easy to answer.[A] Youtube quality is utter s***e.[B] You're not … That's easy to answer.[A] Youtube quality is utter s***e.[B] You're not "allowed" to download the stuff, although.. come on.. it's so easy.It's probably more beneficial to leave the stuff up than to go and "pee on the fire" so to speak.



The songs are ok quality aren't they, I'm not talking about the video, just the sound.

Do they get away with it because it's basically the same as an on-line radio station? I never get why they make such a fuss about people downloading mp3's when you can just record the songs from the radio station.

yahoo have there own music service, with alot of songs on there which you can listen to for free

I recomend you look for the creative commons act that might help.
