Posted 26th Jan 2015
It says my local store have a counter in stew to pick up your click and collect grocery store... Has anyone used this? I have a baby in a car seat so will someone help me get the items To my car while I carry the baby?

It depends if it's Click and Collect grocery items, or Click and Collect (non-grocery) items from Tesco Direct. If the former, it's a drive-through setup somewhere in their car park. If it's the latter, there'll be a counter somewhere in store to collect the item from.
It's a full grocery shop but the confirmation says collect from counter in store I thought it was a drive up thing too!
Sorry link is wrong!
At Asda the click and collect groceries can only be picked up from the drive thru, and asda direct orders can be collected from the desk instore or from the drive thru. I would imagine Tesco would be the same.

Is there a phone number on the confirmation? oO

I shall check! Good thinking
Mine is not drive thru, they have a special loading zone in the car park. You park there and they bring the bags.
