depends on how much u want to reduce it by. i doubt u will be able to until 8/12 months.

there will also be a charge. best bet is to phone them. it will also depend on if you were a existing customer before u started this 18 month contract.

Thanks. I am with vodafone for 2-3 years. I will be getting the contract only to get the phone, so lowest tariff and as early as I can do it will be better:)
    Repped u:thumbsup:

Thanks. I did that before on a 12 month contract after 9 months. Was wondering if it was same for 18 month contract. Repped.

Not sure if I can manage that:-D but I'd give them a call:thumbsup:

A friend of mine had this problem (my tariff's only ever seem to go up  ) and they managed to successfully push the price down after only having the contract a few months but the 18 month deal started from that call onwards. Might be worth a go  Always found Voda pretty helpful, although not so much with their crazy mobile internet price plans - rip off.

    Thank You. Repped:thumbsup:

As a rule you can drop one tariff a month after the half way point in the contract. The network has to recoup the cost of the handset, they're not really free you know... If you were allowed to start a £75 a month contract to get the new best phone and then drop to the 15 quid plan the month after the networks would go bust in a year. . .
