How far in advance can you collect tickets from the train station and is Royalmail working in full swing again?

I'm thinking of collecting train tickets for my friend, as he has no nearby train stations that he can collect it and there's no options for delivery for some reason.

Due to this, I'm hoping I can collect the tickets with my card details (as I know you need the card you booked with) and then send it via next day delivery with Royalmail but are they working in full swing now?

The tickets need to be at my friends house before this friday, is it possible?

    Thanks in advance

If they have to be there before Friday, then you will have to send by special delivery Tuesday for delivery Wednesday. No post on Thursday.

as long as the ticket you want is still available, you should be able to buy it over the counter in the station

How can you print out your own tickets JB?

Thanks for the tip about how soon I can pick them up.....I just need to make sure they're booked asap and post it out, otherwise his whole trip will be ruined.
