www.nectar.com .. you can buy stuff from CDWow with it, which is what I've been doing.. 500 points is worth £2.50 at Argos or Sainsbury's or £5 at Adams.

There are also other ways you can spend it listed in the site, can buy vouchers and things online. 5000 isn't a lot though, not enough to buy much except for some dvds from CDWow or Argos/Sainsburys/Adams vouchers.

I'm pretty sure 5000 is £25 at Argos / Sainsburys / CDWow or £50 at Adams (Kids clothes). You can save them though and there are often little promotions for free ones, survey sites that give them, competitions and bonus points at Debenhams, eating out, etc. so you can always save for more.
500 points gives 2.50 off in store but i think they are probably worth more as points (not sure though).:o
Yer sainsburys and nectar are a little dissapointing in value of points...

500 points = £2.50 off your shopping or
500 points = £5.00 off at adams or
500 points = £5.00 off at brewers fayre pub meals (buy 2 mains)

where as everywhere else seems to give 1p for every point earned sainsburys only gives 0.5p (technically)

The best by far option is the deals or adams with nectar...

They had a deal for Thorpe park tickets during the summer which if I recall worked out at 1250 in points so only realy worth £6.50 if you use them against your shopping.

So it may be worth just saving til you have a healthy balance and treat yourself and /or family.

Thanks for the help guys.
Have some rep on me.
I think the best option is to take the £100 discount voucher for Thomson for every 4000 points. This gives you 2.5p per point.
can you use those for flights only?
Cos I have use of a villa already just need the plane tickets to get there.

You can buy flights with ebookers, go to nectar.com, then click on "spend points" then under travel & leisure is "Flights" and it takes you to a pricing thing for ebookers.. you need to input where you want to go and when and they'll tell you how many nectar points you need.

You can split it in some ways and pay some cash some points, but taxes fees and other supplements are always required to be paid in cash at the end, only the actual flight itself can be used with nectar points.
as far as I know it's just £100 off any thomson purchase, including holidays. I think there isn't any minimum spend either.
Hi 5000 Necter Points is worth £27.00 Hope this is worth your while.

Yeah sorry about that, I just noticed. They halved the number of points earned but they have the same original value.
