Ordered a rotary clothes line with long delivery. Of course as soon as I went on holiday they despatched it. Got on to Customer services and they could only defer one week on system but said they add another 5 days when it was due again. Had a message that it had been delivered whilst still on holiday . Got on to CS and they said wait until I got home to check. Arrived home no line to be seen. Asked next door if they had it , said no but a large box was left leaning on our front door. Obviously it got lifted as it would have been there 4 days before I got home. Got a full refund from Amazon, would have thought the driver would have at least put the thing over our locked gate.
