How the heck do you send something back to Play?

I've filled out the returns form on their site and at the end it says they will contact within 24 hours with info on how to return it -- that was 2 weeks ago now, I have emailed them directly twice and filled out the form AGAIN 2 days ago and still had no response.

Is there any other way to contact the useless bleepers?
Any one else experienced them ignoring you?

Bought a set of sony headphones that are faulty and they gave me a returns reference number and expected me to send them back out of my own money..
Thats what i hate about play.

I think the Play site is playing up - I tried to send through a request for a return yesterday (twice) and it just gave me an error message. When I tried earlier today it went through and I got my RMA immediately.

As for postage - if its faulty they do refund postage as well but you need to phone up (they don't publish email contacts). Try this number rather than 0870 as I got through straight away - 015348775952.

Fair play perrywhite i didnt know they refunded postage if you rung them up. Ive just returned something last week and still awaiting the outcome... but having just rung they confirmed i would get the £2.99 it cost me to return aswell - you dont ask you dont get.

Have some rep for just saving me £2.99 :-D
