    how to get out of a mobile contract

    My daughter signd a carphone w-h mobile contract yesterday for a new phone. £35 pcm
    Today I found a better deal. (£10 cheaper and more free calls)
    Can she cancel her contract as it it within the 7 or 14 day cooling off period?

    im pretty sure the cooling off period is only available if you ordered online or something. not 100% sure though

    she should be able to yes, just make sure that the phone doesn't looked used as some companies have some wierd t&cs when it comes to returns, not sure of carphone warehouse though.

    Yeah, as long as its within the cooling off period and she returns the complete package including the phone then she can cancel

    I was under the impression it was ok for instore too. I think they allow you 14 days to evaluate the phone. I could be wrong, but it is worth a go. Got nothing to lose

    Should be ok to do still
