Found 17th May 2010
I've got an infestation of ants (sometimes the flying ones) in the house. I've had pest control come down and they've put some liquid around the walls of the house and that doesn't seem to have worked. I'm also constantly putting down ant powder, but still is has no use. It would seem like there's an ants nest underneath the house and so they somehow find new ways to enter the house.

Does anyone know of a reliable product which could help?

  2. Powder

Same as talc only kills the ones on the surface chocking.

Boiling hot water when you find the nest and you want to get something that can bring back to the nest to eat so would go with the first suggestion or something similar.

 problem solved

Buy the spray called 'Ant Stop' from B&Q.... Its about £4. It worked for the ants I had in the house, also the silverfish, woodlice and spiders. You need to do a spray treatment every 3-6mths, but it keeps all those creepy crawlies away ;-).
