How to make Old Fashioned Corned Beef Flan?
Many years ago my mum used to make a Quiche using corned beef and either condensed mushroom soup or tinned creamed mushrooms (the type you put in Vol-o-vents). My husband keeps reminding me of the fact it was his favourite tea when we were "courting". Question is does anyone have a recipe as my Mum (74 Years old now!) can't remember and I didn't take much notice then. All I know is that it looked a disgusting mixture before cooked but tasted delicious when baked. I have seen recipes with cottage cheese and the Slimming World one but don't think they are the ones. Help anyone?
