How to use up cheese with herbs in

Found 1st Jan
We were given a Nantwich Cheese Wheel with many wedges of different herb flavoured cheeses. The flavours are very strong and we don't like them on crackers or bread. Is there some way of using them?

You could Melt them down with some cream and use it as a sauce over chicken, mixing it with the cream may make the flavour less strong but if you don't like the taste of them you probably won't like them in any way they are cooked. Another thing you could do is make macaronibroccoli or cauliflower cheese and just grate the herb cheese over the top of either of those?
Crumble them on a salad?

Thanks, Good idea but there's more cheese than we could possibly use crumbled on salad!

Freeze it and use it when you want .
Grate it and freeze it. Like boulevard. Then you can add as little or as much as you want to any dish.
We always put left over cheese, or cheese that will never get eaten to the mashed spuds.... gives a nice flavour to it.
