Is this best deal for this price? Looking for touch screen 2 in 1 laptop, i5 or better. Bought Lenovo Yoga 500 and found it extremly slow hence returned.

Seems expensive...I'm not sure if its a newer model but I bought one that was made for the European market last year for my niece(just changed the "mickey mouse cable") and that was £349 off ebay new.
Yes agree, I had seen this for £329 but prices have increased it seems since last year. I bought lenovo Z50, 8GB, I7, 1TB for £499 last year and same is now £699. I wanted to buy laptop in that range (£350 you mentioned) but not finding anything decent. Thanks for your reply Maverick.
Maybe if you aren't in a hurry it would be worth waiting a while and seeing if the price drops again?
I went in store to look at this laptop today, i was really impressed by the build quality when compared to most laptops these days that always have the plasticy feel no matter how much money you throw at it, and being a Mac user any laptop just seams cheap to handle, I did like this laptop for the spec it is a pretty decent shout, however as everyone has already mentioned prices of laptops have shot up in the last few months, with brexit playing a part so as things stand this is not a bad price depending on what your going to use it for, it will do more than most people need, however if you want it for games and heavy graphics then maybe a Lenovo ideapad will give you a better spec but will end up paying a little more, from what the reviews say on Currys/Pc world i would be tempted to buy it my self as far as looks and feel its the closest ive seen a HP laptop come to a Macbook
I was looking for a new laptop and this one does seem like a decent deal. Even on the HP store the models are still 6th Generation i5, at this price. This is a 7th Generation i7 (i7-7500U) is Full HD and the hard drive is a faster than normal 7200rpm model.

It also has USB C for the connection of faster peripherals.

I wasn't bothered about the touchscreen or ability to us in different positions of this laptop as Windows 10 isn't very good with these technologies. However, the 'tent' mode may be useful for watching DVDs (with an external DVD drive as this doesn't have an internal one) when workong away from home.

So, this seems a pretty decent deal to me especially when you look into trying to get the latest gen i7 on another machine out there.
Can the HD be replaced easily with an SSD?
