If anything, I would say it's pretty shitty that they offer this if you try to cancel and loyal customers that don't and pay full price. It's not immoral at all.

Um... All mobile networks do this, as do car insurance, now TV, sky etc. Don't wait for a "deal" here - just phone them and try it.
