Hyperoptic Renewal Prices and Customer Service

My contract is about to end and I asked them for renewal price they are trying to add extra £9 on my current payment.

1gbps was only £1 more expensive (£40) at black friday deal. I have asked if there is any better deal for existing customers they said no.

They only offer whatever is available for new customers. Also the guy on the phone didnt seem to care if I leave or not. I asked them to cancel my contract and found out today students without contract can get better price than what I was offered for 1gbps.

I spoke to them on the chat about this and same thing again she didnt care and offered me 500mb £3 more expensive than what I was emailed yesterday.

I love their speed but their renewal prices and CS is ridicilous. They are the fastest in my area but the way they treated me makes me go somewhere else. I have found EE broadband which is BT 300MB for more expensive than their 500MB speed dont know what to do should I wait till boxing day deals or go ahead with EE?
