i don't even bank with tsb

But this spam email is quite realistic:

"Dear Customer,

Lloyds TSB has been receiving complaints from our customers for unauthorised use of the Lloyds TSB Online accounts. As a result we are making an extra security check on all of our Customers account in order to protect their information from theft and fraud.

Due to this, you are requested to follow the provided steps and confirm your Online Banking details for the safety of your Accounts. Please Click Here To Start .

However, Failure to do so may result in temporary account suspension. Please understand that this is a security measure intended to help protect you and your account. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Thanks for your co-operation.

Got bank e-mails from all the main banks weekly, I only use one!!! :roll:
Little bit of phishing going on there.
Two giveaways -dear customer - your bank knows your name! And starting with 'has been receiving complaints from our customers' seems to be a phrase used by a lot of phishing emails!
i sometimes get them from Nationwide, but i only have TSB
People don't actually fall for these, do they?...........................

If they do, then they fully deserve everything they get for being so dumb.
One of the more literate efforts I've seen. Most of them are written in even worse English than a normal bank letter. :roll:
banks will never ask a custome to click on a link in an email, they will always tell you to navigate to the website you usually use....
I've been getting alot of these recently. Some of them do look convincing enough
