I found a bin for my son's room that I'd been after for ages on ebay but it was pick up only, so I emailed them and asked if they would consider posting it, that I know it's a bit cheeky and I understand if not but if u don't ask u don't get kinda thing. They replied saying 'will post at cost, don't know how much?' I said many thanks and bid on the item and also some string lights that he was selling. Anyway, I won for 99p each and asked for a postage cost. He sent a msg saying did he agree to post as he has no record of it. So I sent him our convo email he came back and said 'will get it weighed and let u know'. He came back 2 days later and said 'because of size, it will have to go Parcel Force and will cost £5.'. I phoned RM and they said they take parcels 1st or 2nd class up to 2' so I emailed and said that he can post RM for a couple of quid and he said 'sorry, been to post office and that's the price, sorry'. I was going to say 'forget it' then.......but am I in the wrong???
