    I need the best deal going for DS Lite!

    It's my twins birthdays and I want to replace their old DS's for DS Lites. I need to get the best deal (delivered by 25th March). We have loads of games already but am happy to get a bundle deal if it means a real bargain. Also don't mind having two different packages/suppliers. One thing - no pink!

    Thanks in anticipation.

    I got one of these from this eBay seller. It comes from the US. The only disadvantage is that it comes with a US charger which won't work at 240V. But if you already have charges this won't matter or you can pick up a UK charger for less than £5 from eBay or another shop. Delivery took about 10 days.

    The link doesn't go anywhere. Don't US machines need different games though or some conversion?

    Reason I'm changing them is that the screens are done. We've looked into changing the screens but it seems a bit hit or miss. They've had a serious amount of use!

    I bet someone here will give you £60 for the two with screens needing replacement.
    You won't get a deal anywhere- these are priced so cheaply already that no retailers need to discount or bundle them. It's not exactly a system that's on the way out either- expect these to still be £100 in two/three years time. Toys R Us may have £170 bundles with five games still, but the games will be old and pretty easy to pick up for a tenner each or less.

    Trade the old ones in at GAME/Gamestation towards the new consoles, they've got:
    DS Lite + game = £119.99*
    DS Lite + 2 games = £139.99*

    They'll probably have some pre-owned consoles too (DS Lite + 2 £9.99 games for £89.99*).

    * = Gamestation.

    DS & DS Lite are 2 different chargers I think.

    The games are exactly the same it's only the power supply that's different. It's a 2-pin 110V one and it won't work on 240V. But you can pick up third party manufacturer 240V power supplies quite cheaply.

    Thanks for the help Akai, I've had a look at the Gamestation deals and they look good but I'm not sure if they come with boxes or what condition. I suppose I'll have to give them a call.

    They should have the same offers instore (which means you can check the condition, box etc):
    gamestation.co.uk/sto…or/

    If you buy online and you're not happy with the quality you can return it instore.
