mid 30's, don't smoke and can't even remember the last time i had one.

i'll maybe try bonjella but had some people telling me it's quite poor.

Use 'bonjela once', it's £7 but so worth it, I had a ulcer for about two weeks in my cheek nothing worked but this!!

yes bonjella usually does the trick hope it works m8 as katie said bonjella once is very good try and avoid spices and so till it heals

ulcers are cause by bacteria. You can get mouthwash from any chemist, Oral dene or Corsodyl and use frequently.

I had one on my tongue I used some a solution of hydrogen peroxide (costs about 80/90p from chemist) you put a bit in a glass with so much water (read the label) and it froths like hell when in contact with bacteria.

It got rid of it.

Its also the main ingredient of Colgate Peroxyl which costs about £4 the robbing swines lol

are you on any medication that could be the cause of it. i was on some anti-inflammitory drugs a few years back and got loads over a few weeks, final straw was 1 on the back of the throat, quit taking them and they cleared up.
oh and bonjella is the mutts nutts

Try Bonjela ... do you get them a lot? My brother gets them if he eats tomatoes ...think citrus is bad for aggravating them too ...

anbesol...works a charm...nothing else worked on mine/bonjella soothed for 15min and that was it, this stuff is great, is usually one within 24 hrs

Can get it at any chemist, its a clear liquid, like water

Maybe everyone is different? I find it best just to leave them, takes a few days to go but does eventually. If I put anything on them they just seem to stay until I stop & leave them alone

Marmite does the job..

Agree 100% with this, find Anbesol far far more effective than bonjela. They are usually gone 3 days maximum with this, less if you bother to apply it more often! Should cost about £2.50 at any chemist and worth every penny..

DAMNOME

Marmite does the job..
