I returned 2 items to Amazon, only received refund for 1 and Amazon is saying they've not got back the other item but...

The tracking shows both have been delivered, mentions the name of the person who received it with date and time. I have spoken to Amazon over chat, phone and the specialist team via email and countless of times and provided all the evidence and even spoke with DPD who confirmed it has been delivered but Amazon is saying it's not and provide more evidence and doesn't reply back.

It has been going on for a month now, what can I do as it's just going it endless loop.
