A few months back I posted here saying that two accidental, incomplete purchases had tracked on TopCashBack. People said that it would be void and that would be the end of it.

Now they have paid out

that happened to me once but they never paid in the end, it was for car insurance though

I got paid out twice for O2 Broadband, so you may be in luck

You can usually get ucky with low amounts, say £5/£10. But for a high amount such as that then i doubt it.

Should of waited until the 31st to post this thread

I lookes at a vodafone deal a while ago using topcashback and they paid out £90,I had joined top and never used it and the first I knew of it was an email to say there was £90 in my account

Wouldn't advertise on here tbh

The intention, going towards my car fund What I am really wanting to know is if there is a legal obligation to return this money?

No, unless it can be proven that it was known to you that it was paid in error, and you failed to make the payer aware of this....oops

i got paid twice from top cash back last year two lots of £90 for car insurance and nothing ever happened and i kept the money.
