Nice to see all the facts posted here MissPiggy thanks

Here's a couple of mine for now:

    Stevie Ray Vaughan, John Candy.

    Nice mention Rayman

John Candy ! 1 of my favourites.

I think the first film that made me belly laugh as an adult & lump in the throat at the same time was Planes Train & Automobiles. One of my alltime fav films.

I believe he died in his trailer on set, heart attack, he was only 42.

Yeah John Candy was one of the best, a likeable charactor. The film that comes to mind first with me is The Great Outdoors, then Splash, also Uncle Buck. He's appeared in many more films + TV shows.

Stevie Ray Vaughan was one of the greatest guitarists of the century. As much as I admire Jimi Hendrix, SRV was in the same class. He died tragically in a helicoptor crash, on 27th August 1990 age 35.

Yes, who could ever forget the great John Candy

    Date of birth (location)
31 October 1950, Toronto, Ontario, Canada

    Date of death (details)

Such a sad loss at such an early age too
