i3 6100; Will it go below £100 again?

Camel says the i3 6100 has been as cheap as £92 quite recently. It's currently £108. DO we think it will go below £100 again anytime soon?

It does look like a great chip, but I need a Skylake CPU.

The G4560/G4600/G4620 are the newer Kaby Lake so they'll support everything skylake does and more, although as they're not i3s they don't get AVX. The G4600 is closer to the 6100, as the G4560 only has half the integrated graphics compute units.

Generally computer components are cheapest at the start of summer and the start of winter. You might see the occasional offer in the next few months, but you'd have to keep a sharp eye out as they'll be rare.

My motherboard doesn't support it. Yet.

Here's the story. The 110 motherboard I have here will need a BIOS flash before it can support KL processors so I need a half decent Skylake CPU to flash the BIOS and then go in another, yet to be built PC for my daughter. Then, I'll put a Kaby i5 in the first machine.
So I am after a cheap but capable light gaming grade Skylake and I reckon the 6100 fits the bill, but as I say, it's been rather cheaper in recent weeks than it is now.
