If anyone was affected by the Tiscali error in May and had to call Customer Services:

    email them and ask them to refund the call you made. Tiscali had a problem with sending emails for a couple of weeks in May - because of this I had to call customer services and have just been billed for this call. Anyway, I emailed them to say I thought it was a cheek as it was their error and they hadn't notified us of the error at that time on their Services Page on their website - and they've just emailed back saying they will credit me £10 - so it was worth asking! Okay, only a tenner but it all helps!:thumbsup:
