If you tried to get the 40 gig Virgin mobile plan back on Nov, check your bank acc

If you were put on the wrong Virgin mobile plan back on Nov when they were offering 40 gig of data (20 gig doubled, with unlimited text and calls) and cancelled, check your bank acc.

They sales team were tell you, you were on the above plan but the paperwork showed a different plan with less data for higher price.

I cancelled the day the paperwork and sims arrived as they claimed they couldn't do that plan for none Virgin customers.

This morning Virgin took over £350 from by bank!!! Turns out they cancelled the plans but not the acc! Just shows was a shambles their network is and their staff can't do their jobs.
