I'm suspecting a eBay seller to be a fraud

Hi I'm suspecting a eBay seller to be a fraud. He puts an item for sale then removed it, relisted, removed again....
He claims his PayPal doesn't work so he only wants cheque, bank transfer or cash if you pick up. The item is probably worth over £1000 and he writes that you can buy it now if you contact him for £450. Now he had over 20bids and it was up to £330 when he removed it. He will probably list it again soon.
He has 100% feedback but only from 46people when he was the buyer and only joined eBay 26/12/2014.
What do you think?

Simple. Don't buy from them.

not worth the hassle, avoid, paypal and ebay favour the buyer in any disputes, the seller wanting any other payment methods is a red flag? the only way I would use othet methodz is xash on collection from a secure location after double checking the money (call me paranoid).

Why start a new thread ?

aldo cash at pickup at that value?
ask to meet in a bank/police station.

Is there any way to warn other people not to buy from this seller or to remove him?

I meant report him

DODGY, I'm surprised you needed to ask on here.

Contact customer services and report what you've found.
I reported a seller for shill bidding and he was removed from ebay.
Although that doesn't stop them creating another account under a different name.

EBay do not often remove sellers unless its costing them money, doesn't often happen for shill bidding as that makes them money.

Just avoid and move on, you don't have to deal with him.

Sorted.
