Impartial product comparison, advice and tools for mortgages, loans, pensions and other financial services.

The government-funded Financial Services Authority have set up a site dedicated to giving impartial, jargon-free advice about a huge range of money matters.

The pages there help to explain what's best for you at different stages of your life, the impartial price comparison shows where to get the best deals, and the calculators help you to establish how much money you'll get or how long it will take to pay back.

It could be a useful site for lots of you. If you do see a mortgage product or loan which suits you then don't forget to check cashback sites such as QuidCo before buying to see if you can claw back any money, although don't let cashback amounts sway your choice in any way. Let us know how you get on with the site or if you found anything really useful in the comments here.

Cheers Ducky, can never have enough information and help on this type of thing.

Have a good Easter Ducky and take care of those precious eggs !!
