In gambling terms, what does this mean?

My bet was voided. They said this statement to me

Where a blatant error is made in transmission on any event on which we are Live Betting (e.g. the book priced to less than 105%) bets will be settled at the correct price at the time at which the bet was placed.

what does that mean?

  1. Misc
  2. Betting

Do a search for palpable error, that should explain it.

However, I would question why it was voided when it clearly says it will be settled at the correct price.

What was the bet?

Is it the equivelent of a Paddy Power mis price. In other words if the live betting price indicated was 'obviously' wrong they are entitled to void the bet.

So did you ask them why it was voided when their email says it would be settled?
