Evening all

I am appealing to anyone who has recently bought the Inflatable Kart from Argos (image in post 1)

I wondering if anyone has managed to pucture it thus rendering it useless, as the little one has somehow managed to break the steering wheel attachment, so wondered if you would sell that part of the kart. He's only had it 4 weeks (since his 6th birthday) and is now gutted. Never told me he broke it, just came and said "Dad, i don't wanna play on the Wii anymore" It was only when I went to tidy up did I notice, and question him (Bless his cotton socks!)

Its the actual wheel itself that clips into the round bracket.

Many Thanks in advance
Dave/Tracy

Could you contact Argos or the manufacturer and ask fro a replacement part?
Poor little thing, bet he was really upset.

Is it worth taking back claiming it wasn't fit for purpose?

Sickly! - Thought I'd ask on here, as its more than 28 days

Greg, again, more than 28days old mate.. and I wouldn't do that! (_;) More hassle then its worth tbh clarting it back to the shop, although I'll see his Mum when shes comes in, see what she says - she can take the **** back!

nay way you could fix it? Super glue then some gaffa tape? might not look amazing but you could mayve cover the whole wheel with tabe (like cricket bat tape) and then it has extra protection for later on.

Good luck

Nope, its what you call Fubar (F'd up beyond all repair!). Its a "Big Ben Interactive" product, and their website don't even list it anymore

If you bought it from Argos, just take it back under warranty....Argos usually exchange or refund without a quibble.

Not sure how much you paid but there is a new one for £20 delivered on eBay - item number 380325982576

EDIT: Under £18 here 250795872536

I've never had a problem returning stuff to Argos....just take it in saying it is broken and they should change it or refund with a credit note.

Do you still have the receipt?

if ur really sneaky go and buy another one and take the broken one back saying it was already broke then get ur money bk
