do you have help line with your bank account / aa/rac - not just for car accidents
even if you have co-op loyalty card you get free legal advice following on to represent you
far better than the one here

    What sort of accident?

    :-D

Instead of going to a company, cut them out (middleman) go direct to a solicitor....when they say 100% of the claim...thats balls...they cut out a chunk aswell

i thought you got 100% and then they claimed their own expenses on top so didnt come out of yours

Do you have motor legal protection with your insurance? As that way you can go through them and save the hassle and the cut that the accident 'specialists' will take.

They do but that impacts on the amount you get as they take that into account.

I have gone with inn solicitors, they have been very good, so far. They sorted me physio, and a hire car straight away!

Surely your car insurance is dealing with it ?.

i used cogent claims(law) and they got me 1.8k, got physio too. i did need it as even a year on i hurt from time to time.
All these no win no fee do give you 100% compensation however there is a maximum amount a company will payout for injury and that includes legal expenses. so you may be fighting over how much you get but i can guarantee the solicitors money won't be in question.
Cogent got just shy of 2K for sorting everything out.

wrong , the agreement you sign with the company to say that you allow them to act on your behalf....

well read the small print, the claims company take out there expense, the solicitors claim from whoever the claim is being made against...

some of the !00% of your compensation companies make you take out a hefty insurance policy when you start the claim, like has been said small print needs to be read through thoroughly
personally i went with a local solicitor for my accident claim
