isp stands for internet service provider, like bt, talktalk, aol etc.

talktalk are getting a bit of a reputation for being crappy at times. i changed from them to bt as soon as i could. their servers did tend to go down quite a bit when i was with them, so could very well be their end thats the problem...

    maybe a virus.like u said

bit difficult to make sense of that but ok :s

if youre thinking it could be a virus then you should check your laptop out. you should scan every week or so anyway. do you have a good firewall and av? malware-bytes is a good anti virus and free(my fav price...), and ad-aware is good and free also. download both from cnet website and scan your computer

it could also very well be your router though....

you should wait til tomorrow really. if its still playing up phone talktalk (though from experience they might not be very helpful....) and ask if theres been any problems with their servers recently cos yours is acting up. if they give the all clear, its either your router or some other problem your end, or theyre lying....which wouldnt surprise me in the least

xD no you can still get them... you should always be careful what kind of websites you visit and download from. anti viruses help you but cant completely look after you, you have to help out too! if youre unsure about a website and its safety you could always check on the mcafee website to see if its safe rated or not, or the norton website.
