Isn’t this just the RRP? So not really a deal?
Buy this in a year time sell back you lose £100-200 buy any other phone sell it back after 1 year you lose at least 30% of value.

Im a Samsung and Huawei user
Not a deal at all
Nope.. just nope.
Same will go for new Huawei Mate 30 Pro, I forecast around £1000.
Sweet
I have to ask - @MrSwitch what is your honest opinion on the pricing of this? (asking you what with your super phone deal posting history )

Expensive, no phone ever should cost over £600 in my opinion, unless it has diamond encrusted volume buttons, and is made out of moon rock.
Price of a tv
The worst thing about the price is the difference to USA price, $999 + 6.5% tax is $1064 which is £860, or look at it another way it’s $999 so £810 plus uk rip off 20% tax is still only £972. Personally I think the USA price after tax £860 is excellent for the phone and if your heading to USA it’s worth thinking about.

It is super expensive. My Pixel 3 if I remember correctly cost me £639 (when it was fairly new) but came with a £75 voucher and I sold my Pixel 1 after buying it. I do regret selling my Pixel 1 now, I wish I had kept it as a spare. They are quite cheap though, often under £100 but I wouldn't see the point of buying one now I've sold it
amazing how many people have the odd £1,000 to burn when a £200 phone does the job. £300 tops. Still. I'm sure they will be ever so happy in their poverty stricken retirement to know they had a latest version £1,000 iphone when they were younger.
All how you look at it, 60 a month, 2 a day, less than your brista coffee.

I'm happy with my £100 odd Xiaomi.

You could say this about a number of things: clothing, watches, cars.

Some buy these because they genuinely like the product, others because of the name and/or price tag.

But I'm talking about Smartphones today, whether it has an apple logo on it, or not, they shouldn't cost over £600, let alone £1,000
