    Iphone 4 HELP please!!!!!!!!

purchased iphone 4 about 4 weeks ago. Taken the insurance out on the phone instore and that was that. 2 weeks ago some person out of the blue called and said we can reduce the price on your insurance to just 7.99 a month. so i set it all up with direct debit. Now the original insurance certificate came in post so i called them up and said that they wouldnt call me and offer cheaper insurance.

has anyone got any help as to how i can view all incoming calls i have had on my phone, ive looked in recents and it not in there.

    thanks in advance vicknanth

In other words, OP got a cold call, and took up an insurance offer. He thought it was from his current phone insurance company. It turns out it wasnt. He needs help deciphering whether he is stupid or not (jk).

OP just cancel the direct debit by contacting your bank and running through a list with them for the name that you dont recognise/the latest set up. Then wait for the cold calling crook sellers to contact you.

Click on the phone icon then cluck recents.

Or send it to me (I will pm my address) and I will download an itemised list of calls in and out. I only charge £49.99 for this

Ignore dimebars, I will do it for 44.99

They target iPhone owners because they know they are gullible fools who part with money easily.

    True story.

Its 'insured' twice now so it's all good

phone up your phone line provider & ask them to send you a list of numbers that have called?

If you are with barclays then insure through them for £5, it just comes out your account and you also get other benefits in addition

Well in fact its dual insured, so in the event of a claim, both insurances companies only have to pay 50% of the claim as you can not benefit from having 2 insurance plans on the same product.

I'm not sure another insurance policy is what you need...

...i don't think anyone here is following whats going on ..the chap's been sold an iphone , & someone in cahoots with the retail associate from the store has called the unwitting customer up..of course they already have all your details & they tell you what handset you bought so trust is immediately established, before suggesting alternative insurance .. what the unwitting customer has actually done is to pass on their card details (16 digit number) & also the 3-digit pin code on the back his credit card..
OP, you weren't called to set up a cheaper insurance ..YOU WERE CALLED TO GET YOU TO REVEAL THE 3-DIGIT PIN ..which is what crooks need to make faceless transactions over the web/telephone
..best cancel you card straight away as someone may have already gone to town with it!!

I get these dodgy calls all the time & I play with them & string them along !!
