Try apple support? They have decent chat option if it’s in service.
is it still locked via the Find my Iphone app? can you login to this via the ipad?
support.apple.com/en-…263
log into iCloud.com and then turn the phone out of lost mode
I’ve just tried that, thanks, but don’t have access to Mac computer and I’m in isolation
Apple support or go to iCloud.com
Both can be done on the iPad
I think the only way to do it is by connecting your phone to a Computer. Can you not borrow one off a friend?

Don’t need a Mac, any device will work that has access to iCloud.com website.
Did you report it via phone network? Phone them up tell them you phone it should unblock it
Yes. They have unblocked it. But the disabled message was still there.

thanks for replies. You’re a lovely lot.

A kind trusted friend has taken the phone home to plug into into his MacBook.
