Ipod (preferably New Nano)

Found 3rd Dec 2008
Hi I'm looking to get an iPod for a friends Christmas. Anybody know where the cheapest place to get them would be?

The 8GB Nano is available at Argos for about £106. Is there anywhere cheaper than that or is there a better deal for around the same price or cheaper?

Also, it would have to be compatible with an iTrip for use in the car. Is the new nano compatible?

Cheers

I bought my daughter an 8G refurbished nano from the Apple website for £73.
Got a years warantee so no problem as far as I'm concerned.
None in stock at the moment but keep looking.

What are the refurbished ones like? Are they scratch free and fully boxed?

Apple wont guarantee they are mark free and they are usually despatched in plain white packaging from what a couple of mates who have bought them have told me when I looked at them

Got mine from Marshall Ward for £109 + £3.95 postage but using the £30 off voucher for new customers. Also £5 or £6 back for using Quidco. In the end it works out around £77

It was brand new and delivered next day

Link to the voucher in case is any good to you

Can be bought from apple direct for £107 including free postage and free engraving on the back. I know there are cheaper deals out there but the personalised engraving is a cool touch! Only £10 more than amazon is a good deal in my eyes. Also 3% quidco.
