Is 83% Battery Health on IPhone XS OK???

Bought a very good conditioned used 64GB IPhone XS for £196 and the battery health is showing to be at 83%...

Just wanted to know if that is good or shall i return it back to the seller as I am not to familiar with how the batteries last over the years with IPhone's...

All the help given will be much appreciated.
