    lol orange is a fruit. its a nonsense to mix fruit and chocolate. they should just have chocolate digestives or at a push chocolate cheesecake.

    it's a cake - biscuits are harder/crunchyier

    It is a mini cake but shaped like a biscuit, stacked like a biscuit , put on shop shelf as biscuit and eaten at a rate like a biscuit. This a test case in law as up until then there was nothing like it in UK. However mini-cakes had existed already around the world extensively for hundreds of years and were called cake. Biscuits are translated in other languages as "dry hard piece", flour baked or similar so there no confusion.
