Is Amazon free delivery for all items over £5 or just the "eligible"?

Someone please explain why this item is eligible and others not?

Eligible Item because I clicked only free super saver delivery button on the left.:…-11

Why is the one below not eligible?…-13

The item must be sold by Amazon themselves and not a marketplace seller

They're both Amazon Marketplace items. You have to pay postage for Marketplace items.

Both showing as needing postage for me. Maybe a glitch?

Are you sure the first item is eligible? as far as I can tell neither are eligible as they are not sold by Amazon but by marketplace sellers (people who sell via Amazon) who usually charge postage.

For the first one, I did a search and clicked on "Free Super Saver Delivery" and it shows the item as one which is eligible! Check this link below and look on the left it will have the free delivery option highlighted:

Scroll down on the link and find this item: Memorex DVD-R 4.7GB 16X 25PK Cakebox Spindle
