Shipping Questions:

Whilst we may cover your postage costs, we do suggest sending your return via a tracked/insured method of postage, such as Royal Mail Recorded/Special Delivery - CeX cannot take responsibility for goods/orders that cannot be accounted for.

Oh so it is freepost then, if you open up the pdf postage thing

on there facebook post:

We understand your concerns with regards to our recent discontinuation of the Free Post codes provided for the return of goods.

Please note that this measure has been necessitated in compliance with recent EU guidelines, that restricts the sending of goods that may contain lithium batteries by post - essentially items which have serial numbers or devices that needs to be internally charged.

Whilst we assure you that this discontinuation has been enforced due to necessary regulations we are working on arranging a suitable alternative which shall be communicated on our website.

Foghorn

so i recommend you use my hermes, used them quite a few times to send stuff to cex and there is usually a 25% code around or you can refer yourself

Yeah thanks for that, but this is to send things in to cex for selling stuff and I think jadrules is right that there is still free post to send items in that you are selling to cex
