okay to tow as long as two wheels are off the ground.....................
(Towing dolly)

Not okay to tow, car must be completely off the ground

- a car without tax is assumed to have no MoT, which means it's unfit for the road. Hence it's front and rear axle could be on the verge of fracturing throwing wheels and such at whatever unfortunate soul might be following behind.
