Is it possible to change a default card on amazon to another card from your list?

i have been into accounts and I cant see any options for changing the default card to another one from the list.
I have tried their FAQ to with no luck.

Can you not delete the current default, thus making the other card the new default... and then add the old one again?

Just looked, you'd think they'd make it easy.

yeah you'd think so.

could do but there are 5 cards on there (all different members of the family, just worried that if I take it off it might move the default to someone else card, but it could be this is the only way, but of curse when i add it back again will it make that the new default again.

Yes go to Account - Settings - Manage Addresses - Manage Addresses and 1-click settings.
(Or Account - Settings - 1 click settings which is even easier)
Scroll down to 1 click settings and payment method preferences and you can changed to your preferred card.

Basically, the card you choose for 1 click settings is your default card even if you have 1 click settings switched to OFF.
It would help if Amazon made this more clear.
I always switch 1 click to OFF because I'm always clicking things by accident lol
