if you go through them a lot, then yes, it's definitely worth it.

I pay, and am struggling to cancel, you can't cancel till your renewal date, at which point it renews...

I see absolutely no benefits to myself.

I am getting a large number of 'sorry your payment is taking longer than expected' at the moment.

I am going to use alternatives from now on.

Totally agree with this.. and even when you do shop and it shows as tracked it then comes back as declined. Pointless company

I have been happy with my Quidco, always helpful therefore I have no problem paying £5/yr!

I'm happy with quidco. paying the premium membership gets you your cash back quicker. I get cash back paid at least every other week. If I had to wait longer it would be annoying. Hardly ever get cash back declined too. If you are going to use it a lot then paying the £5 is worth it and you won't even notice them taking it

Add another person to the list of those struggling to cancel premium membership....won't let me do it until renewal, and there's no method of making the cancellation automatic.

How do you cancel? They take mine automatically every year. I dont use it that much

I'm going to cancel too. Sick of getting cashback declined and the appeal declined with no answer and Quidco not being interested.

go in to your account, click membership. then it will give you some options what to do with it, ie change details, change membership, browse on then hopefully you will find it.

    Hi @fynerpink123

Thank you for your post here.

To explain, before 15th April 2013, all accounts were subject to £5 being retained from your annual earnings.

On 15th April we introduced the free, Basic account. The normal account then became the Premium account. We have, however, added new features to the Premium account:

    - Over 650 faster paying retailers (getting your cashback paid quicker to you than on a Basic account)
    - Bespoke offers and promotions not available to Basic members
    - Extra customer service features, such as live chat and call-backs

The £5 is taken from the first £5 that you earn in a year. Should you wish to downgrade after having paid the retention fee, just let the support team know and someone will arrange this for you.

    Kind Regards,

    Jack
