Is MyMemory.co.uk a reliable/reputable company ?

I am looking to purchase a Lexar 8gb Pro Duo Memory Stick from MyMemory.co.uk and was wondering if they are a reliable/reputable company as their website seems a bit basic looking.

Has anyone had any problems before when ordering from them ?

I just dont want to be scammed

I've bought from them several times without any problems at all. They used to have more filling website that was appealing but I agree with you about their website looking sketchy now, I dont like it either. But as far as dealing with them I've had no probs at all.
I've only ever had good service from them.

I've only ever ordered memory though nothing too expensive.

They are fine...... but you've posted your question in the wrong forum. This is for site feedback - not suppliers.
I found them a good company to deal with but be prepared for regular emails with offers 2/3 a week but do shop around as they are not the cheapest vendor out there.

They have really great customer service if you have a problem.
Would recommend them, only had great service. Responded to emails and quick delivery.
I've used them, they're reliable and sell items at good prices but you need to add postage to items from them as opposed to play.com where you don't. This is worth bearing in mind :-)
My memory is fine if your product is as stated. But beware, some products are fake. Bought USB 32GB stick. Very very slow. Sent it back via Freepost address. Say it has not been received. How convenient! In the small print they say you must send it Recorded Delivery. What? Freepost!

Will never buy from them again. Rip off merchants!
My Memory - DO NOT BUY! I have been very disappointed with delivery. Just received my item today (28/08/2019) order was done 20/08/2019 and I used Priority delivery (which I found out via chat it is not what I thought it was - nothing to do with speed of delivery BUT you make it sound as if it is). I will be contacting trading standards as you are misleading customers by charging extra which does no good in terms of speed of delivery.
