Checked the website and it shows the promotion for parcels but won't say for letters if you haven't paid for postage already.

sorted byPromo on Tracked discount now extended to 31/1/23 and likely beyond now the International screw up will hit them again in the wallet
Think it's supposed to be 68p charge for letter collection during non offer periods. (edited)
Parcel's was the focus on the site, large letters ok. The thing is though small letters weren't mentioned where I looked and rivals like Evri actually refuse small letters. So decided to ask. With the ton of people selling on eBay here made sense. (edited)
