Is the Xbox One S a quiet decent 4k Blu-ray player?

I'm wanting a 4K Blu-ray player and also an Xbox controller for my PC.

Thinking it's maybe a decent option, aslong as it's quiet and has decent compatibility.

I was hoping they were going to fix it
It’s a poor player if you have a decent setup, no Dolby Vision (they did add atmos but no sign of vision), it’s loud and can struggle with some discs. On the reverse it plays games too, when it came out it was a decent choice because the other players were way more expensive.
