Is there a calendar program I can download?

Found 1st Jul 2009
Something simple where I can keep track of things and will alert me if I need it to.
And if it had a little icon in the taskbar that would be even better

Can anyone recommend something?

I found a Google one but it says I need Microsoft Outlook, sounded not simple enough

Thank you

Well on my BT emails powered by Yahoo, there is a calendar and can set a reminder on the day you want and to request an email to come in. I think AOL had such a reminder thing too,so I would check your ISP email inbox system and see if someting can be set up.

use the calender on Microsoft outlook?

Thanks.
I have a calendar in my Yahoo email account but just want something that runs a small icon in the task bar so that it is easily accessible, no faffing about LOL!

I use yahoo calender too there is a yahoo widget called day planner that will sit on your desktop.

It lets you add new events quickly and reminds you of the next 2 days appointments as well as letting you scroll around or jump to date.

the more advanced stuff you have to do from the website.

If you have vista there is one for the toolbar there.

Rainlendar is the one I use its a feature rich calendar application that is easy to use and doesn't take much space on your desktop. And its free!

Another vote for Rainlendar here, there's a way you can integrate it with Google Calendar too. To be honest though, I've stuck with Google Calendar and used GooSync (google it!) to sync with my phone, keeps my old laptop running a bit quicker!

The calendar comes with Outlook (part of office) not Outlook Express

Vista has a calendar built in
