is there a moderately impartial website like "Which?" but for make up?

trying to find some advice online about a new foundation to wear but can't find a site which provides more impartial reviews with all round testing. is there such a site? if not, there should be! any advice would be appreciated.

I love this site... makeupalley.com/ where you can read other users reviews and experiences. Also, for further reference, If you are in any way concerned about ingredients in products, you can look at cosdna.com/eng/ where you can either type in a product to find if it has already been listed, or alternatively there is a tab for 'Analyse Cosmetics' where you can cut and paste a list of ingredients from a manufacturer's/seller's website, then click the 'Analysis' tab. Great for those with sensitive or acne prone skin to check whether a product contains any ingredients that are likely to cause you a problem. Hope it helps.
