I am wondering if there is a function or even an app where I can mark files I have viewed/completed with a check box or similar. I have a ton of files and cannot remember if I have previously viewed it. I have googled and all I get is to use the item check boxes in the view tab in explorer. But, when I check the box and exit then go back in then the box is unchecked again. Any ideas?
