+ 1 just about to post

or, you can use diskzoom tellapallet.com/dis…htm

In XP I think you can go Start>Search>all files and folders and then specify files over a certain size.

Wouldn't go deleting stuff unless you know what they are though.

no its different..

BTW here are some standard things that you can do to save space:

1. Start - Programs - Accessories - Disk Cleanup --- see what it offers you to delete
2. Start - Control Panel - Add/Remove Program - Add/remove Windows Components (on the left panel) - Checak unused componetsnts (e.g. standard windows games and MSN explorer)
3. If youre a bit adventorous you can use eraser eraser.heidi.ie/ which save space by searching cluttered and hiiden files

I found a few months back that a program I had used to :ahem: legally download stuff hadn't been deleting temporary files it was creating as it was D/L this stuff. Ended up finding a folder with 30gb worth of junk.

30gb!!!! :w00t:

blimey!

I find Spacemonger to be the best, the older v1.4 not the newer version:

sixty-five.cc/sm/…php

It's free, it doesn't need to be installed, it also supports mapped network drives and it gives a visual representation of what's using up the space on your machine.
