Is there anyway of knowing smart TV, UI Speed?

I like having the smart apps built in so I can use the same remote and nothing other then the tv plugged in.

Overall I am not fussed on the brand, I can make do with the apps that are provided as most are sufficient.

But I am fussed with how quick it is, normally you see proccesor ect but with smart tv's you can't
